Tandoori Dishes

Tandoori means meat and fish dishes from an authentic Indian clay oven, in which the dishes are prepared over charcoal. Due to the very high temperatures in this clay oven, the meat in the charcoal smoke quickly cooks on the outside and remains wonderfully tender and juicy on the inside. These dishes are lightly spiced and marinated with special Indian spices.

(All tandoori dishes are served with basmati saffron rice and Saag)
